
Warranty and return policy
1. Warranty
1.1. Terravua warrants that all products supplied are free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service.
1.2. The warranty period is 12 (twelve) months from the date of delivery, unless otherwise specified in writing.
1.3. This warranty does not cover:

Damage caused by misuse, neglect, improper installation, or unauthorised modifications.

Normal wear and tear of consumable items.

Failure due to circumstances beyond our control (including but not limited to acts of nature, accidents, or site conditions).
1.4. Warranty claims will be honoured at Terravua’s discretion by way of repair, replacement, or credit, subject to inspection and verification.

2. Returns
2.1. Returns are accepted only with prior written approval from Terravua.
2.2. Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging, accompanied by proof of purchase.
2.3. Return requests must be made within 7 (seven) days of delivery.
2.4. A handling or restocking fee of up to 35% may apply, unless the return is due to a proven defect or error on our part.
2.5. Freight, customs duties, and associated costs for returns are the responsibility of the Client, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2.6 Custom-manufactured, made-to-order, or site-specific products (including but not limited to geotextile tubes manufactured to project dimensions or specifications) are non-cancellable and non-returnable once manufacture has commenced.

3. Exclusions & Limitations
3.1. Terravua shall not be liable for consequential, indirect, or incidental damages, including loss of profit, production downtime, or project delays.
3.2. The Client is responsible for ensuring that products are suitable for the intended application prior to use.
3.3. No warranty or return policy applies where products have been altered, improperly stored, or used outside of manufacturer recommendations.
4. Process for Warranty & Returns
4.1. To initiate a warranty or return claim, please contact Terravua in writing at info@terravua.com with:

Product details and batch/serial numbers,
-
Proof of purchase
-
Description of the defect or reason for return.
4.2. Terravua will provide written instructions for inspection, collection, or return.
4.3. No returns will be processed without an authorised return reference number.
