A chrome processing plant struggling with insufficient clean water return turned to Terravua for a complete dewatering solution. Through material testing, tailored flocculation and geotextile tube dewatering, the system achieved high solids retention and recovered enough clean filtrate for reuse that the plant moved from water shortage to water surplus.

A platinum processing plant faced ongoing filter press bottlenecks as concentrator throughput exceeded capacity, resulting in breakdowns and rising maintenance costs. Geotextile tube dewatering was introduced as a secondary solution. Pilot testing on 50–55% solids slurry achieved ~40% volume reduction within 13 hours, with further consolidation to 15–20% moisture. The system now provides scalable, low-maintenance capacity, improving operational resilience.
